2-D project timeline for Casey and Zach
3/7/2017: Just watched videos on how the software works
5/15/2017: Watched more videos and did a bit of work in terms of character design
5/16/2017: Tried making it so that we would have more characters to switch between but couldn’t figure out how to change the character. So we just worked on level design and texture for the blocks
5/17/2017: Zach finished up his multi-media project, then we headed over to the library and Barnes and Nobles to look for a book to help us with the basics of Unreal Engine 4
5/18/2017: Most of the day was spent reading and watching tutorials. Not much else
5/19/2017: Added the length of our level, watched more tutorials and showed our progress to our mentor
5/22/2017: Zach worked on adding to the blueprints so we can spawn after death, Whenever he got stuck or needed help, I would do my best. Other than that, I looked into something called GetHub so that me and zach could work on the project at almost the same time, but it turned out to not be helpful.
5/26/2017: Today we added a health bar that will go down whenever you press the “\” button. Since there are no enemies in the game, it is just there for show. We also finished up the level design.
5/31/2017: Added the death animation when the player loses all their health. Spent the rest of the time looking up resources.
6/1/2017: Finally figured out how to make the character switch to other ones. Spent the rest of time adding in all the other characters.
